my motivation is zilch. I have put the DVDs out in plain sight and that helps me actually use them.
Eating correctly
has been less of a challenge. But, I'm still craving sweets and find most of the sugar substitutes less than satisfying. But, I think this is temporary because normally I don't have such a "sweet tooth."

20 sweet cravings are diminishing. I'm getting a bit more
but not enough. I've been walking and doing WATP. Have been able to keep eating mostly Core and mostly not too caloric. Not completely back OP but getting there.
