Goal! - Made my goal weight then changed my goal :)

Well 950 days later - I hit my goal weight of 220 pounds.

Timespan 950 Days
Beginning Weight 562.3 lbs.
Target Weight 220 lbs.
Current Weight 219.8 lbs.
Weight Left to Lose 0 lbs.
WEIGHT LOST 342.5 lbs.

I have set my new goal weight at 210 pounds. I knew when I hit my goal I would have to reasses where I was fitness wise and see what I needed to do. I think this last 10 pounds should do it for me. At 6' 2" tall - I think a weight range of 205 - 210 is about where I want to stay.

I am still amazed and proud everytime I read your posts. When I feel like giving up I think of people like you who had harder circumstaces to overcome then tell myself not to be a baby and suck it up.

:cheers: a toast to you. i am totally speechless right now. your story and your pictures have really touch me. i remember the day i weighed in at 495, i got in my car and cried. i cried because i failed me and i didn't want to die from eatting, i didn't want to die because i ate to much. and i remember i called my mom and apologized to her for doing this to myself. through the grace of god , i got down to 440, but this past holiday and the stress of a bad relationship i have put on 22 lbs. i'm scared. i'm just really scared that i can't do it. i want it so bad, so very bad.:( thank u for your story. i saved it and printed it out for a daily reminder of what can be for me also. congrats!!!:hug:

Diva in Hiding! You can do this too. You will be the next amazing story! Just take it little by little. I'm just taking it 10 pounds at a time. I just got started. I was eating my problems and it was actually making my problems worse. So now I'm putting myself in the front row and telling everyone else to take a number...hahaha....being a mom of 4 teenagers I wonder why no body warned me. But that's another story.
