I am looking for anyone else that might work shift work and still do WW123.
I find it especially difficult on midnight shifts, as I sleep during the day, and am awake all night, but my body just does not feel right eating during the night.
I know I should eat more than I do.
I would appreciate any snack ideas or tips that anyone may wish to share!
