Monday- 4 mile WATP(woohoo, I managed to hang in there and do it all)

Tuesday- I did the "majority" of Ramp it Up(strength training). I skipped the abs because hubby was hollering at the kids by that time and I couldn't concentrate so I said to heck with the rest.

Monday. 17 minutes of :tread: (little over 1 mile)

Tuesday, 3 mile walk (50 minutes). We were too full after dinner to go to the gym so we just walked. Better than nothing and boy was I sweating.

OMG- I am soooo sore today from the squats and lunges I did yesterday. Hurts to even sit on the toilet!

Wednesday- 3 mile WATP(43 min)

MOnday-Quick 10 minute walk. Better than nothing!

Tuesday- One hour ballet class. Not as sore as last week, I can sit on the toilet without pain!

Walked in the park 5miles Monday, tuesday, thursday. gazelle1hr wed. today
friday 1hr gazelle. Tomorrow Sat. walk in the am 5miles , afternoon 45min.
gazelle. Sunday 5mil walk in the am at the park.that is my plan for this weekend.

Played with weight machine, exercise ball and "twister" for a while. Hope to get out and walk for a while tonight!

Saturday: 40 minutes of water aerobics ( good thing I did not walk today...I had TWO episodes of hypoglycemia! I feel wiped out!)

1.75 mile walk. Had to turn back just a little short of two miles as it was getting dark and it was just me and my dog! We live out in the country, no street lights.
