I was just curious how many people are currently on the NS plan.

I just got my email that my food has been shipped, so it won't be long for me. I am so ready to see my counter move down once I start!

Would you mind signing this thread if you are on the plan also??

I just thought it would be nice to know who all is with me at the moment. :hug:

I weighed 291 pounds in December of 2005, I started NutriSystem in January of 2006. It is going really well for me

I have been on NS for 6 weeks and I have lost 13.5 pounds. I love the food and the program is perfect for me!!!

i'm out of town but when i get home my NS food will be waiting! this is my first time and i'm anxious to start. can i ask if anyone is on the Gender and Age based diet, and i'm not sure if its "nourish" or not. I ordered it from QVC!

i weigh about 370 now and i'm only 25. i'm tired of feeling stuck in a fat body when i have "skinny" mind! luckily i only look like i weigh about 290, at least that's the average of what people think. I have a pretty good body that's balanced but it's big allover, nonetheless! :)

anyway, sorry for the long post :) i can't stop talking about my excitement!!

also curious about what kinds of exercise people have done who see results.

My goal is lose about 65 pounds:goodscale . I know someone years ago who lost 125 pounds. Of course the program has changed and yes for the better. I just started also and find it easy, I have to say that I am hungry but I'll deal with it if I start to lose.:drool:
