This will be life changing ....so many things I can't eat any more....and I have to stop alcohol, coffee and red meat....to name a few~ Anyone know anything about it? Ellen 08-02-2006, 09:55 AM I had it really bad for about a year, then it gradually got better and has not bothered me for years. Smaller meals, carefully chosen helped. So did exercise.
