I'm home alone tomorrow night as BF is in Barcelona :(

I want to cook myself something really tasty, sonoma friendly (obviously) which is quick to prepare and a bit different from the chicken and veggies/ salad and stirfries I have in the week.

Does anyone have any good suggestions? I have the cookbook and have looked all through the recipe threads but there's soo much good stuff :dizzy: I'm finding it hard to plan.

Suggestions very welcome :)

Do you like salmon? I found a yummy sounding recipe that I am going to make next week.. salmon stuffed with pesto and sun dried tomatoes and baked.

I also have a giant web site of recipes that I have made, with my modifications listed. Not all are Sonoma but you can look for yourself.. several hundred there. And yes, everything listed there I have already made. :D
