Breakfast:
1 cup cheerios, 1 cup skim milk - 220 calories

Lunch:
1 can tuna fish, 3 cups air popped popcorn, 1/2 granny smith apple - 322 calories

Dinner (planned since i havnt gotten there yet)
Turkey patty (cooked in two tsp canola oil), 1 cup cous cous (made w/ chicken broth), 1 cup broccoli - 488 calories

Snacks:
16 baby carrots, 2 laughing cow cheese wedges, 1/2 granny smith apple - 179 Calories

Dessert:
1/2 cup SF White Chocolate Pudding w/ 1 cup strawberries -- 122 Calories (eta: i didnt realize i had SWEETENED strawberries in my cal counter! they're unsweetened)

Total Calories - 1331 (eta: since i changed the strawberries, calories for day changed!)
Water drank -- 3 liters
Exercise -- situps and Walk away the pounds

Good job! I love the white chocolate pudding and strawberries idea. That sounds yummy!
