Mondaym 17 minutes (1 miles ) on TM, 1 mile walk outside, 30 minutes of wts. (chest and shoulders).

Tuesday- church workout(used the step and aerobics, body sculpting)

Yay! I finally get to post on here!

Went for a walk...about 1 mile...in the sunshine! :)

Thursday- I did 10 minutes on this Lifestyler thing(kinda like a bike, but you don't pedal), 10 minutes on my lateral thigh trainer(like a stepper, which I haven't used in ages), and 10 minutes ab workout, total 30 minutes. Then I taught a workout at church that evening, which was shorter than I usually do, but still okay.

Friday- 2 mile WATP
Saturday- going ahead and posting it...will be Ramp it Up, that concludes my exercise for the week.
