what can i do with ****ake mushrooms dried

my SIL gave me a big canister of dried ****akes. What can I make? I tried one veg recipe and it was horrible. Any ideas? Thanks

I just happen to have a yummy-sounding recipe that calls for dried ****ake mushrooms. Check out the Recipe of the Day thread: it's called Asian Primavera Stir-Fry.

I have made a Mushroom Parmigiana recipe in the past where I used the dried ones. I just reconstituted them, then put the marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese on top and baked. If you can find FF mozzarella, you'd have a good Core entree. Maybe even eat it with some whole wheat spaghetti.

I think usually a few are reconstituded and chopped and added to a mix of mushrooms or to soup or rice dishes.
