1/2 C. Ricotta
1 pkt splenda
1 egg
1 cap maple flavoring (maple extract)

Mix, cook in microwave for 3 minutes. .

I like to add some pecans or walnuts, or a dash of SF Maple Syrup - depending on my mood.
