No much today...but I walked a mile taking my daughter to school before it starts to get yucky out. Only 21 degrees out this morning, but the walk felt great!! I actually sweated!! Sweat? What's the past-tense for sweat? I did it.
If it's only snowing and not sloppy with rain mixed in, I'll walk to get her and to the post office as well. But if it's yucky, I'm driving...go ahead and call me a whimp...
back to the coffee pot... :coffee:

Got my exercise in for the day..
Monday- 4 mile WATP

Monday-- 15 minutes stretches, 40 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.

Tuesday- church workout. Did 45 minutes cardio followed by weights, leg lifts. Skipped the abs this time but did work waist during the cardio.

Wednesday- Total body workout video(body by jake)about 45 minutes or so...

Man, I can hear an echo in here!
Thursday- Ramp it up workout. I skipped the yoga part at the end so it was about 43 minutes long. Have exercise class this evening. Think I will teach WATP moves using 3 pound weights. Cardio part lasts around 45 minutes then toning, abs follow.

Tuesday-- 45 minutes stationary bike = 15 miles.
Wednesday--SHOPPING!
Thursday-- 45 minutes stationary bike = 15 miles.
Friday-- 15 minutes stretches, 40 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.

Friday- overslept and didn't get a workout in.
Saturday- only did a 30 minute cardio workout
