Where is everyone? Anyway here's my exercise so far..
Monday-3 mile WATP
Tuesday- Ramp it Up dvd and will be teaching aerobics tonight. Because we skipped last week at the church I'll take it a little easy on the ladies tonight and skip the squats and lunges. Will probably do 45 -50 minutes of regular aerobics followed by body sculpting/abs.

Tuesday-- 45 minutes stationary bike, 15 miles.
I do 2 miles at an easy tention as fast as I can pedal, then I do 1 miles at a hard tention as fast as I can pedal and then start over. This makes for a very good work out.

I shoveled our two-car-wide, three-car-deep driveway of three inches of wet snow! Anyone that's shoveled snow knows that this is definite exercise!! Woohoo!! :strong: And I built a snowman with my son...up, down, squatting, lifting, etc...very fun, too!!

Friday- Went to walk at the park...did not get in as much as I wanted, as I was really tired and sore from such a busy day. We did walk about 20 minutes, but s-l-o-w-l-y. :)

Saturday- we walked around the tree farm to find a tree. We had to walk from the house, out to the field across the road. I estimate we got in 2/3 of a mile...not great, but better than nothing!
