Monday-- 9 minutes stretches, 39 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.
20 lunges each leg, 15 squats.

Tuesday-- 45 minutes stationary bike = 16 miles.
Wednesday-- 15 minutes stretches, 38 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.
15 lunges each leg,
15 squats.

Friday...walked one mile. Woo hoo! The rain stopped finally...

Thursday-- Stationary Bike, 43 minutes=15 miles.

Sunday- walked a mile. Its gorgeous today! Sunny, crisp and lots of blue sky!

I went hiking for 30 minutes today and it felt good to get out into the woods and walk. It was pretty cold but it's good when the weather is like that.
