I did my weight training this morning - not TOO bad.
Also 12 minutes on the treadmill. (That was harder than doing the weights for some reason!) Vince and I walked everywhere on our vacation so I don't get it - that should have been at least the same effort - not more!!

Walked 3 miles this morning in about 55 minutes.
Played badminton this afternoon.
Walked 4 miles this evening in 63 & 1/2 minutes

That is my fastest time so for. It's about to kill me to keep outdoing my times:spin:

Sunday-Jogged 66 minutes (8.5kms) slow but steady...
Monday-Biked 14 kms. (tons of hills)

Didn't want to, but I ended up walking my usual 4.5 miles-actually, I jogged almost 1/2 a mile of that!:)

MONDAY: Walked 4.5 miles
WEDNESDAY: Walked 5. miles

Did 4.5 miles, about 1/2 a mile was jogging in small spurts:)

Went and walked for 40 minutes during lunch.
It's getting hotter with more humidity down here in southern Louisiana - I sure can feel it! :dizzy:

Was definitely not mentally in the mood to walk today, but I got out and did 3.5 miles:)

did the Denise Austin trim and tone with weights for 37 minutes, then did the tm for 20 minutes. intense
but it felt so good afterward.

A day of rest-NO WAY! Got out there and did my 4.5 miles, a bit over 1/2 mile I would say was jogging:spin:
25.5 miles for the week:)
