low fat recipes??

Hello
I am new here and I was wondering if any of you could help me.

My problem is this; I live in the UK and I love cooking. I have been surfing for some low fat recipes but I neeed UK sites because we can't get some of the ingredients available there.

Does anyone know of any??

Hi AngieMary,

Can't help you with UK sites, but have you tried the recipes from this website? I have tried two myself and must say they are fantastic.

Beef and Bowties noodles - this one calls for sundried tomatoes but I really don't care for them so I left it out. Otherwise all other ingredients seem to be standard.

Chicken with Pierogies - this one is also fantastic. I think it has standard ingredients too.
