I got up again this morning at 5:15 and did my 30 minute Advanced Walk Aerobics tape before getting ready for work. It feels great to have my exercise behind me for the day!

Monday-The Firm-1 hr weights--i love this tape and think everyone should try it i am getting definition! woo hoo 9th time with this tape!

Tuesday I rode the recumbent for 15 minutes and vacuumed the pool for 15 minutes.
Deb: Take care of those feet - take it from someone who ruined hers from instructing aerobics 3x a day --- a long long long time ago...LOL

I'd never been able to do more than 5-6 minutes at a time on this machine before, but I believe it's because of all the walking that I've been doing & have strenghtened my legs as well as my endurance.

Walked 3.5 miles. One blister in particular was killing me, so I did a mile less than usual.
Walked 1.2 miles when I got home from work at 7:30pm. Too dark to walk further :D

I can Finally post something this week!!
I got up at 4:15am and did my weight training and treadmill walking.
1/2 hour on the weights
15 min. on the treadmill at a 3.6 (I'm usually at 3.2 - 3.4)

Morning gang!
I just got back from walking for 30 minutes and then I washed my car! Man its hot and humid in Louisiana!

CardioFit for 16 minutes this evening...415 pulls, burned 80 cals

I did strength training Friday for 30 minutes.
I did 20 minutes on my CardioFit exerciser tonight, 600 pulls, burned 102 cals.
My pulse was 132, within target range! That's definitely a plus for me.

Walked 4.5 miles-no blister problems today!!!
TOTAL FOR THE WEEK 21.5 miles-I slacked a bit this week:o
CardioFit workout 22 minutes tonight. Did 770 pulls & burned 121 cals.
Total for the week:
Walked 10.5 miles
Cardio 74 minutes, 2135 pulls, burned 376 cals
