dixiedarlin 05-10-2004, 12:56 PM Good morning ladies!
Hope all of you that are mothers had a wonderful Mother's Day.
Thanks for the welcome back 2cute - I will try to get in here more often.
Today was weigh-in at WW; I lost 10 1/4 pounds this past week and have now lost the weight I gained over the winter.
Thin - please don't drop out of the book study --- I don't have the book yet and will have to catch up too.
Melis - I love your new icon!
I also wanted to say that I enjoyed reading bout the spring fling and the pics were great. So nice to put faces with names.
My time is about up here - I spent most of it backtracking. CONGRATS TO THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE HAD LOSSES RECENTLY :cb: :cheer:
SusieH 05-10-2004, 01:40 PM Hello.
My eating is still crappy, but the sun is shining and I am feeling pretty good today. I have a 1 o'clock meeting today and then I plan on getting out of work by 3. Then I will either go for a walk or go to Bally's and work out.
As you may or may not know, I am a huge survivor fan. I was so disappointed that they gave the million dollars to Amber, when Rob did all the work. By the way....I just LOVE Rob! If I wasn't married...... Anyhow, at least it looks like they will share the million anyhow. I hope for the best for them, as they are really cute together.
Mother's day was nice. My guys gave me cards, 2 dozen red roses, a gift set of Jennifer Lopez's Still perfume, lotion and gift cloth box, and a gift set of matching necklace, earrings and bracelet. Then they took me out for dinner. Dinner was nice, but I would have loved to stay home in my pj's all day instead.
I think Mother's day should be daily, weekly, monthly...don't you????
Hope everyone else had a wonderful Mother's day and congrats to everyone who had a weight loss or inch loss.
Susie
2cute2Bfat 05-10-2004, 03:46 PM Don't have time to post... walking out the door.... but I hate it when people don't even say hello. I miss Mary's little one liners. I know we all often think we don't have anything to offer... but just friendship is a great thing in my eyes.
LuckyLadyBug 05-10-2004, 07:55 PM  to 2Cute
MARY get in here and post!!!! We miss you.
BarbPA 05-10-2004, 10:08 PM Hi Gals!
I completed my goals for day and now I have some time to post. I wouldn't let myself sit down at the computer until I went to the gym. So, I am happy to say I had a good OP day and got an hour in at the gym tonight!!!
:strong:
Survivor was Crazy last night! I am a hopeless romantic and thought it was adorable that those two got engaged! I thought Rob deserved to win more than Amber, but oh well. I didn't like Shii Ann at all until last night - then she turned into one of my favs! She was realistic about the whole thing. As were Jenna and Rupert. Big Tom was over the top, along with Kathy, Lex, Alicia..... Very Interestin. I betcha Rupert wins the $1 million. I can't wait to see where the next show goes! :) I am a Survivor Junkie! ;)
Lisa - You are doing a great job on South Beach! Keep it up!
:high:
Kat - Between your family, the precious gifts and your father's good news - it sounds like a great Mother's Day! So happy to hear about your dad!
:goodvibes
Connie - Great to see you! WOW! 10 pounds in a week!?!?!? :dancer:
Susie - Did you get to the gym or fit in your walk tonight? I had the hardest time getting to the gym but now feel so good that I did!! You can do it!
HELLO to anyone I missed....I'm gonna curl up on the couch with a dog or two!
Later Girls!
:)Barb
ageoldie 05-10-2004, 10:46 PM I don't have anything to say either. Nothing but work and going to the health club for water aerobics. Oh I do have one thing to say, there is one instructor that is over all the others, and I am in different classes of hers 2 or 3 times a week, and she has been standing over me and telling me how good I am doing, and that my "form" is really good.
I had a nice Mothers Day, and today was pretty good too. I found out Saturday night that it is my turn to have a church group for dinner tomorrow night, but I'm not doing anything fancy, just having taco soup and salad. And the housecleaner was just here Thursday, so the house is still in pretty good shape!
I'm thinking about putting some of my clothes on ebay. I was watching some of their "whosale lots" of plus size clothing, and some groups of 10 or 15 pieces would sell for as much as $100.00. I just can't make myself throw away things that are still good, and the last garage sale I had, I said never again, so maybe I'll give ebay a try.
Well, how was that for not having anything to say?
thinthinker 05-10-2004, 11:50 PM Hi everyone! Back to work and do I feel crappy! Had my heart set on starting over this morning. Didn't do as well as I hoped, but not as bad either. Maybe by next Monday I will have eeeaaaasssseeeedddddd back into a healthy lifestyle. Honey's birthday is Wednesday, no excuse, I know, but I'm using it anyway.
I think I will take my Dr. Phil book to my "baby sitting" job on Thursday and maybe while Doris and I sit out on the deck in the afternoon, I can get some "catch up" reading done. Usually, however, Doris is a little jabber jaw and I probably won't get to concentrate anyway. Maybe I can at least get some stuff highlighted and then go back when I have some peace and quiet and just re-read the highlighted stuff.
2cute: On the run again??? I'm guessing that won't stop for a couple of weeks yet. But you have to admit, it's a very exciting time! * You are being very philosophical lately. Dr. Phil must be working his magic. :)
Susie: Sorry to hear your food intake hasn't improved either. We WILL get our acts together, I just know we will.
Lucky: So all of your yard work must be done AND you found time to post. HOT DOG!!! It's been nice during the day here and then storms every night for the past 3 nights. Thunder and lightning and all!
Connie: I can't drop out of something I haven't even started yet. Maybe by the time you get your book, I'll have started reading mine. :o Good to see you BTW. Glad to hear you're going to try and get in here more often. * Congrats on your WI success!!!
Katrina: Here's to your 1/2 pound! Keep it up. You're on the road. * Glad to hear your dad is doing well.
BarbPa: Good job getting to the gym. Denying myself computer time is EXACTLY what I need to do.
Lisa: Sorry to hear you had an "icky" weekend. Hope the week will progress better for you. * Congrats on your loss!
Terri: I agree with you. I thought both Amber and Rob looked much better on the island after 39 days than they did last night. Actually during on of the shots of Amber on the last day, I said, "gee, I wonder if she kept some of the make-up from that one reward challenge" because she really was pretty. I see on the previews for Letterman that he asks her about Rob securing the million by asking to marry her. Hey, that's what the whole country is asking right about now.
Barbg: I'm with you on the getting rid of clothes on eBay. I've listed each of my pieces (dresses and suits, so far) separately. I start the bidding at $4.99 for dresses and $6.99 for suits and then see where it goes. I figure that is a whole lot more than I would get for them at a garage sale and probably just about what I MIGHT get for them at a resale shop, so it made sense to start there. So far, it's gone pretty well. I haven't had anything up since just before Easter as I didn't want auctions to close on Easter, when I was in OK and on Mother's Day. I'll get back at it this week. Good luck.
Well, girls, I'm gone. Trying to get to bed at a decent hour so I can actually function in the morning. See ya later. Love  ya bunches.
P.S. If you think you're going to be interested in making the trek to Michigan next Spring, and I don't already have your address, please PM it to me. I want to start getting some kind of an idea of how many I might be looking at as well as get some promo stuff going in the next couple of months. I'll post this message periodically so that people have time to get interested and then we'll stop advertising as of Christmas time this year just like we did for the 2004 Spring Fling. If you have any "absolutely can't do it then" dates, please include that in your PM so I can keep it in mind. I'm sure a date won't be selected until much later in the year. Thanks.
P.S.S. Don't forget to go vote for Rupert to get the extra Million $$$$. Vote now, vote often!!! :D
2cute2Bfat 05-11-2004, 01:50 AM WEll I ran ran and ran some more... I ran until my knees were killing me. We didn't eat dinner until 8:30pm. And I did not get hardly anything accomplished. UGH !!!!
But I did do one important thing.... I bought a new bra !!!!!!! I could not belive how BAD I LOOKED in those pics. :o I don't know if it will help... but at least it is not from these crappy stringy things I am wearing now.
I am hanging onto those pics .... they will make great "before" photos to compare with the "NEW and IMPROVED Me" next year. :smug:
I am getting my exercise in. I am improving my eating but not enough.
No seconds anymore. Order water instaed of diet pop. Bring home half of my meals when eating out.
Okay... if I am going to get any reading in.. I have to go now and do it.
First I will peek in on the book study thread.
Won't post there tonight... just can't do it all tonight.
Will do my best to post more tomorrow.
Jehari 05-11-2004, 03:36 AM Mornin' chickies! :coffee:
Well aren't we all a dull bunch!! I don't have anything to say either!
2Cute: I got your card yesterday. Thank you so much for thinking of me. :)
You guys have me curious about this Dr. Phil book. I think I may stop by the book store today and flip through it.
Gotta go get some Euros for the kids field trips. Each of their classes is going to the zoo next week. I am chaperoning both trips, so it will be a busy week for sure.
So there ya go. Even though I had absolutely nothing to say, I posted anyway LOL!
Talk at ya later,
Jen
2cute2Bfat 05-11-2004, 05:34 AM Jen.. that actually said a lot. LOL
It told us you are still here reading.
It told us it was morning when you wrote and you seemed to be in a good mood today.
It told us we are DULL.
It told me how long it takes mail to get to you. ;) Your Xmas card arrived much quicker.
It told me you were thankful.
It told us you are not reading Dr. Phils book.... yet.
and that you will be shopping today... but don't expect to buy it.
You told us about two field trips NEXT week so you should have some time THIS WEEK to post. :D
It told us you are thinking of us and willing to share some of your time with us and we appreciate that. :)
And your siggy told it all ..... "Some people dream of success ...others wake up and work hard at it." Thanks for sharing. :D
Terri in MO 05-11-2004, 09:14 AM Tuesday Tip Day!
My tip of the day is for everyone to pay attention to your 'self-talk'. How many times during the day do you say something to yourself that is not positive, is rationalization, or is a qualifier?
I'm too tired to exercise.
I lost only a half of a pound. I only lost a pound.
I'm improving my food but not good enough.
Didn't do as well as I hoped, but not as bad either
I'm exercising but my food is still horrible
I'm looking good today except for....
I'm too busy to order the grilled chicken but got time for the fried chicken.
Be self-aware of how you talk to yourself and correct yourself when it slips in. Its amazing how much of that we do without realizing how that affects how we feel about ourselves.
Be thankful for each successful thing you achieved and celebrate those successes. Make today a great day!
BarbPA 05-11-2004, 09:56 AM Good Morning!
:sunny: :sunny: :sunny: :sunny: :sunny:
That's all I have time to say for now! I just popped in to check on everyone!
Have a wonderful day!
:)Barb
Jehari 05-11-2004, 09:57 AM Wow 2Cute!! You sure got a lot out of my post LOL  .
I don't suppose the Dr. Phil book comes in paperback? The bookstore on post here only has hardcover and it's a little pricey. BUT, if you guys think he's worth it, I may buy it anyway.
I'm having a little anxiety about going back home. I'm starting to think "maybe I can drop another 10 pounds real quick" LOL. I guess I feel like I should be perfect for my grand entrance. None of these people back home have seen me since my surgery. I feel like maybe I haven't lost enough, that somehow people will be disappointed that I'm not a super-skinny-stick-person. I just wonder if that's what everybody expects to see? What picture of me do they have in their minds? I know, I know. Go ahead and smack me. 50+ pounds ago I would have smacked me too. What do i have to ***** about right?
I've not actively tried to do exercise, however I believe that living on the 4th floor should be exercise by default. Especially on laundry (in the basement) and grocery day. I also STILL refuse to hang clothes on the exercise bike no matter what LOL  .
Food is on again off again with me. Consequently I am bouncing around the same couple of pounds over and over again.
Anyhoo ladies, I am rambling on. I'll talk at ya later,
Jen
SusieH 05-11-2004, 02:37 PM Hey ladies,
Just checking in....
BarbPa: My DH and I did a quick workout on the machines at the gym yesterday.
Then I went home and made healthy choice hot dogs and beans and watermelon (yes, that is the extent of my cooking skills).
This morning I did 30 minutes on the eliptical machine and 20 minutes in the pool.
I voted three times yesterday for Rob of Survivor. I love Rupert, but I really feel that Boston Rob deserves the money. Go Rob Go!!!!!!
Thin: Sorry to hear that food sucks for you too. On that note...how about doing lunch! It is time for our monthly gab session.
Got to run.
Susie
VermontChick 05-11-2004, 03:04 PM Hello all,
I know I've been AWOL for a few days...i was just going through some down times and i didn't feel like burdoning you all ..especially since i had just ranted last week. it seems selfish to pop in here when im down and can only think of myself! i know a lot of you will argue but i stand my ground!!
Today was abig step for me...(even if i did have a piece of chocolate cake...)...I starting doing my exercises again. and let me tell you..toning exercises are nothing compared to the cardio exercises that race your heart. i always forget that too! even though i made a baby step and did half a mile (my leg injury after all) i felt wonderful. i'm going to do the half a mile every day until next week when i can start doing a mile and then eventually work myself up to 3 miles (there was a time when i did 3 miles in 40 minutes!!)
take care all..
Melissa
thinthinker 05-11-2004, 03:32 PM Hi all! I'm supposed to be out working and where am I??? Here, with all my friends! :o Couldn't help but peek in. Just stopped home for a minute, but you were all calling to me from the office. I heard you!!!!
Been out doing "bra jobs" this week and then of course if that wasn't enough, I popped in a couple of groceries and banks as well. Such a gluton for punishment, I am.
Jen: It's so good to see you peeking in. 2cute's right! We did get alot out of your post for someone who didn't have anything to say! I liked how she interpreted the Dr. Phil book thing, "It told us you are not reading Dr. Phil's book.... yet, and that you will be shopping today... but don't expect to buy it." That's EXACTLY what I read into your words too. You can't hide anything from us wise old (sorry 2cute, I'm lumping us together ;) ) women!!!! On the subject of not "having lost enough" to go back home: Oh honey, it's home. It's the place you should always feel comfortable to go back to. They don't care if you're thin as a rail or big as a house, they're your family. Go home and let them comfort you and help you make the waiting easier for your honey to get home. Don't stress yourself about what they'll think or not think. You've got enough stress in your life right now to not add to it. [[[hugs]]]
Terri: You're "tip" was GREAT! You are so right! We all do the back-handed compliments, even on ourselves. How many times have we said, "I love my hair, but...." or "That's was a great movie, however...." It's no different than the backhanded way that we sabotage ourselves in not just our actions, but in our words too. It's those "buts" and "howevers" that will get us every time.
BarbPA: Good Afternoon! :D
2cute: Ok, made the appointment, mom. June 4th, 8:00 AM. :)
Susie: Sure, lunch sounds great! One day next week. Tuesday or Wednesday maybe? * PS. Rob's already getting the million, Vote for Rupert!!!! :D Besides, Rob's not as cute without the fur on his face!
Melissa: You can always come here and dump on us. Don't feel like you can't. Sounds like you're going to get right back up to speed with the walking. Hope your leg continues to feel stronger.
Lucky: Where are you today? You held down the fort the whole weekend almost entirely by yourself, now that others have come out to play, you've gone into hiding. Must be working yourself to death once again.
Well girls, I've proceeded to kill an hour and a half. Now I really do need to get back out to work. See yous all later. Love  ya bunches.
joe anne 05-11-2004, 03:35 PM Hi friends
Sorry for not being here more often, but this is my last week of school and I finished up my projects last week and on the weekend. My thought was that I only had at least 2-3 tests to do, but NOOoo! I am having to do essays and summaries and regular homework. So here I am crunching for time and eating whatever I can get my hands on, which seems to be nothing because it all has to be cooked, (don't have any fast food or snacks) well, except the microwaved popcorn. For sure water, and my morning coffee,is my only beverages too.
I hope to be stopping by lighter this week. See ya'll lighter too ;)
thinthinker 05-11-2004, 03:39 PM JoeAnne: Nice to see you. You snuck in while I was posting too. Hope your finals all go well and you pass with flying colors. Sounds like you are one busy girl trying to get all the final papers and stuff in besides run a family. Good Luck!
2cute2Bfat 05-11-2004, 06:13 PM No replys... but I had to share.... I have my new bra on and boy it has "lifted" more than my just my spirits. If you need your spirits lifted... go get a new bra ... and get the "double" satisfaction I have.
I did my exercise !!... but headed out the door... again.
I got my hair cut... but it is still too long. I have never gone back and asked for it to be shaped up better... but I also have never paid as much for a haircut as I did either. lol I hope I keep my courage up once I get there. LOL
Thin... I am sooo proud of you. :cp: Our health is nothing to mess with.
IHATE how S L O W this site is anymore.
katrinabgood 05-11-2004, 06:41 PM I haven't read anything past Jen's last post, but I felt I had to stop and respond...Jen, PLEASE, go back and read Terri's post about negative self talk. To me, you are setting yourself up for disappointment if you, a. feel as though you need to measure up to what you think others are expecting of you, b. don't get it into your head that nobody is perfect, c. don't start rejoicing in your accomplishment and doing everything in your power to maintain that. (ie:exercise). I may be overstepping my bounds here, and feel free to tell me so if I am, but all I read in your post is just reaffirming that it is NOT just the weight loss that we need to work on, but what goes on inside our heads too!
Damn, I hate when Dr Phil's right again!
And speaking of him...try Amazon or half.com to buy his book cheap!!
Back to cleaning the garage...if dh finds me here, I'm in BIG trouble!!!!
LuckyLadyBug 05-11-2004, 08:21 PM Kat:
Damn, I hate when Dr Phil's right again!
 :lol3:
Terri in MO 05-11-2004, 09:05 PM I sat at my desk at work tonight, grinning like a fool, as I read what Kat had to say.
Kat likes Dr. Phil
Kat likes Dr. Phil
Kat likes Dr. Phil
Hmm, maybe we should get her tickets to his show?
  :lol3: :lol3:
ljs1223 05-11-2004, 09:39 PM Hey gals!
Once again, I've been lurking and reading, but no time to post. Seems like everytime I get a minute someone needs me! :headache: Can ANYONE relate?!
2cute - yup, a new bra will always make a girl feel good. Only problem I have is that I can't ever find cute bra's big enough for my honkers! :o My husband just doesn't understand the frustration . . . 'nuff said about that . . .
Terri - I loved your tip for the day. There are so many times that I think like that! I'm now making a concious effort to do the opposite! :thanks:
Jen - did you lose your weight for other people or for yourself? (you gotta get the Dr. P book ;) ) Even if someone is dissapointed in you, be proud of yourself and the heck with what the others think :soap: We all get enough of what our "image" is "supposed" to be from the media etc. Be your beautiful self and the heck with what others think. Okay, I'll get off my :soap: now . . .
Melissa - I've only been posting here for a short time & even I know that everyone is great. Of course you should dump on us - good and bad :grouphug: Keep up the good work with the exercise!
Joe Anne - - :goodluck: with all your school work - can't say that I envy you :D
kat - I think some of these girls are trying to make you eat your words about not liking Dr. Phil  You hit the nail on the head in your reply to Jen
Well, hubby is home now, better go make supper (boy I hate these late nights!) Hope everyone has a great evening. And remember, I'lm always lurking! :s:
Lyric 05-11-2004, 09:55 PM hi everyone!!
just popping in to say hi and hope everyone is having a good week --
eating is going well, so is exercise --
:chef: :eating2: :strong:
Terri in MO 05-12-2004, 08:41 AM Good morning ladies!
I'm skipping Weigh-In Wednesday due to PMS weight gain. :censored:
Nothing exciting to say other than it sure is humid. I'm still wondering what happened to the beautiful 75 degree spring days. Seems like we skipped them this year and went right for too warm, too humid.
Now, here's a cat for you. The neighbors have two cats. One that seems to love taunting Bear and he loves to bark at her. I had taken him for a walk and was going to make him sleep on the deck as it was cooler. I get woken up at 11:30 by barking, which we don't like to bother the neighbors, so I get up. I stick my head out the patio door and that damn cat is sitting on our fence post looking at Bear on the deck. We block him on the deck so he was captive and she apparently knew it. I love cats but I could have knocked that one off the post for teasing him.
That's the extent of anything exciting or intelligent to say. The commute will be disasterous as they are doing road construction all summer now. Great. As if it weren't bad enough with all the lanes open.
I better get moving and get on the road soon. Have a great day!
ageoldie 05-12-2004, 09:44 AM Guess What!!!
I found the pound I lost last week...That is what keeps discouraging me. I've worked, and worked, and worked, and one weekend I eat "normal" food, and all my hard work is completely erased!
Okay, I guess I've made it obvious that I'm bummed out, but :censored: why is it so hard?
And yes, I've worked throught the 2 chapters of Dr Phills book, but I guess I'm a tougher cookie :cookie: than Kat, I keep fighting him.
BarbPA 05-12-2004, 10:56 AM ;) Hi Everyone!
I hope you are all having a good morning! I just got back from my weekly acupunture session. When I get back from vacation I'll start going 2x a week again. It was a nice relaxing session. Now I just wish I could relax the rest of the day. Nope, gotta work. I do plan on going to the gym at lunch time! :)
Food and exercise have been pretty good the past few days and I am feeling better than I have in a long time. My body is free of all the fertility drugs and junk food I was feeding it there for a while. :dizzy:
Terri - I am with you....what happened to spring? We went from cold to HOT! We ended up turning on the AC because it was just too humid and sticky in the house --- not to mention my allergies! Sorry about the commute - I can relate! :p Loved your "self-talk" tips! Thanks!
Thin - How did Dr. Phill and "babysitting" go yesterday? I'll admit - I don't own the book. I have another one of his, "Life Strategies", but haven't had time to pick it up.
2cute - I agree, a new bra is an important thing! Glad to hear you are "perking" up!!! ;)
Susie - We know why you voted for Rob! ;)
Melissa - Good job on exercising. A little exercise is better than none!
:strong:
Joanne - Great to see you popping in. You're a busy, busy gal! :dizzy:
Jen - Gotta agree with Kat's post to you!
:grouphug:
Lucky - :kickcan: :kickcan: :kickcan: :kickcan: :kickcan:
Lisa & Crystal - Hi!
Barb - Don't sweat a pound up or down - you know it could be anything - salt, water, a good trip to the bathroom (you all know it's true  ) You've gotta keep on keeping on.....
Gotta work....chow for now!
Barb
2cute2Bfat 05-12-2004, 11:22 AM I know I sound like a broken record... but I still don't have time to post. :^:
I am pretty stressed out and I still have 10 more days until the wedding. :dizzy:
But the weekend company is coming tomorrow morning. :yikes:
I just have to use my time wisely.
Only reply I am making is to Barbg....
Fluctuation !!!!
It is definitely frustrating... but it is only a pound.
Don't get stressed over a pound.
Hang in there girl and stay on your course. ;)
dixiedarlin 05-12-2004, 01:36 PM Hi ladies! Dropped in at the library to get a book and decided to drop a quick post while I'm here. They finally got the new Jan Karon book Shepherds Abiding. It is the latest in the Mitford series. I have really enjoyed these books. Wish I lived in a town like Mitford.
Not much to post about - my life is verrrry dull. I let my weight get in the way of fun things - like not going to concerts cause I may not be able to get my BIG A$$ in the seat or going anywhere that requires being on one's feet for a long stretch of time cause my feet start hurting after about an hour :stress: I am too young to be old (but not necessarily too old to be young ).
I got my copy of the Dr. Phil book - lot's cheaper at Wally World than the bookstore. He may be hard to take sometimes but maybe that's what it takes sometimes to get through to people (like me) or maybe he's stepping on a few toes. If it takes someone to kick my butt to get me in gear then so be it.
My time is about up here.
2cute - nothing like a new bra to give you a "lift"; on that subject, I read that you should have at least 3 or 4 bras and rotate them daily - the spandex needs at least 15 hours to get back in shape and the bras don't wear out as fast.
Joeanne - good luck with school; hope it goes well.
Thin - were you able to get started on the book while babysitting??
BarbPA - good job making exercise a priority - I need to follow your example
Crystal - how's it going in your part of the state??? Hope your having a good week
Melissa - don't be afraid to share; love your avatar!
To everyone else - have a good day foodwise and otherwise. See you all later.
BarbPA 05-12-2004, 02:20 PM Hello Friends!
My cleaning person is sabbotoging me! I have the sweetest Brazilian couple that comes every other week to give my house a once over....anyway, today he brought me a box of candy from Brazil. It was so nice of him....I plan on just having a piece now and then as a treat. However, I had to laugh...everything on the box is in Portugese (i think) except for the nutritional info. They could have at least left that in a foreign language so I didn't realize how bad it is!
Connie - Hmmm....never knew that about bras. I have several that I rotate, but there is always the favorite. I guess when I find one I really like I should get a couple extra.
2cute - You have a TON going on right now. I'm happy you are taking a few minutes here and there to let us know how you are doing. Best of luck with the company. I hope all the wedding preparations are going smoothly. There will always be a glitch or two here or there, just roll with the punches....I caught my veil on fire during our ceremony! :o When I was blowing out the unity candle I forgot to lift it. Luckily that netted material doesn't flame, it just singes (sp?). We all had a pretty good laugh!
While I was writing this I had a piece of the candy....YUMMY! I just put it on the top shelf of the closet to get it out of my sight. :tape: :chockiss: :tape: :chockiss:
Oh...and I went to the GYM at lunch time... YAY!
:strong:
So, what is everyone doing for exercise today??? It could be anything.....biking, swimming, walking, doing arm exercises with the Dr. Phil book :workout: ....what's it gonna be? You can find 5, 10, 15 minutes for it.....you deserve it, your body deserves it!!!! C'mon, drop and give me 20!!!
:strong: :jig: :coach: :workout: :cheer:
Later...
Barb :)
