I have several of w.w. old plans which one was it. I am more than willing to give any information that will help.

Thank you for your quick response :)

I know that it is a selection plan. You had fruit, veg, bread & cereal, meats & protein, milk & dairy and optional points. You actually wrote in the books what you were eating and marking off the boxes according to the selection.

I was on it while I was in high school...1991.
