Good morning everyone! I did terribly this weekend, so I am on a mission this week!!!

Breakfast:

bagel (small), rf pb 5
coffee 0


Lunch:
Uncle Ben's rice bowl 5
water 80 oz by the end of the day


Dinner:
stir fry 7
water!!

Total = 18-20 pts.

Exercise = walk 2 - 3 miles today at lunchtime.

It can't be too hard to stay OP for just one day out of my life, can it? Here goes...

Bfast
Two (!!!) luna bars (8/8) - not an auspicious beginning.

skipping it would be a good idea, no?

Dinner

lala's salad w/ goat cheese croutons (3/23)

4 oz. wine (2/25)

Exercise - 20 min. stationary bike + 1-mile walk/job (approx. 10 minutes) + 100 situps

Water - 24 oz. so far.

Supplement - yes! :)

yes, yes - my brain hurts

water: mostly herbal tea for my throat
