I just bought the book today, so I get I can't really be in your discussions since you are all on Chapter 6! :(

Hopefully there will be a forum started for the UWS, as it is really needed I can use all the help and support from others, and would like to join in the discussions. Please let me know if it would be okay, even though I am just beginning the book! :^:

Even though you are just starting this Dr. Phil book, we will be happy to discuss with you as you go through each chapter. Just post under the appropriate chapter as you go, and you will get a response.

Ditto to what Dip said! We know full well that going through this book takes time! We've been doing it now for six months!

Mastering these Keys is a non-linear process! While we are currently discussing Key 3, we are still working on all of the previous Keys, so it is never too late to join in!

And please, do vote on Suzanne's Dr. Phil Poll (http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=36983) so we can (hopefully) get a dedicated Dr. Phil forum!

Yup! I did vote yes to the poll, definitely would like to see a dedicated Dr. Phil forum. I am trying to read the book as fast as I can, but am glad to be able to post on the chapters, even though I am behind all of you.

I on the other hand did not buy any of them.
I go to his web site, and get all that information there.
