Please read the stickies above about how to post.
Avocadoes are fine.
Unless we know the ingredients of your shake, we really can't help on that question.

Yikes! Well, it looks okay to me, Dori. The sugar is low...

Don't forget to look through the other threads on the FAQ. In particular the Phase I food list.
Good luck! :lucky:

Good Lord! I won't even take a guess but it does look OK. Why would you want to drink that stuff when you could have real food. Check out the recipe section for some shake recipes with things you can pronounce.
Did you check out the food list for the avocadoes?

Avocadoes are not listed in the SBD book, Are Glycemic index pocket books helpful when determining what to eat. This whole glycemic index is rather confusing .
How do I sort this out ?

Whoa! No need to sort it out! Keep it simple for Phase I and just following the book and what you read in FAQ. The beauty of this plan is no counting so you don't need to fret over the Glycemic Index. If you want a Guide, get the Good Carb, Good Fat Guide. In it, Dr. A says that avocadoes are a good fat and that 2 tablespoons is a serving.
