I'm new to this site and think it's the greatest!
My name is Sheila and from Louisiana (mMMMmM all that good eatin)
and I'm on a low calorie diet. I exercise at home every night (2mile power walk with strength exercises).
I'm looking for new friends that are going through the same thing.

:wave: hello, tell me about that La. eating, i just moved last year from Nola, and boy do i miss the spicy food. northerners just don't cook the same.
