I am new, and this may be a silly Q. But what is the Beck program?

The Beck Diet Solution is a book by Dr. Judith M. Beck. It's a psychological program, not a food plan. It provides a step-by-step program to learn specific techniques to stay on our diet, lose weight, and maintain our weight loss for life. The program is based on Dr. Beck's clinical research in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT).

I have seen the acronym ANA in a lot the Atkins talk. What does this mean?
