Hi,
I'm 46 and fairly new to NC ! Totally new to 3FC ! How much do you want to lose ? I have always had a weight problem ! I got really motivated when I was about 14 and lost 70 pounds ! At that age I just didn't know about maintaining a weight loss. Over several years I put it back on. There wasn't as much information then as there is now ! How are you going about your weight loss ?
