I HAVE READ THE BOOK SUGAR BUSTERS AND WANT TO TRY THE DIET.WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR THIS?I HAVE READ THE 14 DAY MENU,IS THAT WHAT I FOLLOW?ARE YOU ALLOWED A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF CARBS A DAY?HOW QUICKLY DID YOU LOSE WITH THIS DIET???I APPRECIATE ANY ANSWERS OR IDEAS AND INSIGHT THAT YOU CAN GIVE ME!THANK YOU!:)
