Hmmmmmmm! I'm not a pancake person but these might work as sort of soft tortillas for fajitas - minus the vanilla, sweetener and cinnamon. Hmmmmmm. Or they could be cut into strips to use as noodles.

Ruthxxx 11-02-2003, 01:09 PM Well, low carb tortillas ordered online are US$3.99 plus major shipping charges to Canada so.......I'll give it a try. Jenny91638 11-04-2003, 11:46 AM These sound delicious.. I love pancakes and would make them but can't use oatmeal. It is an instant trigger food for me, even just a dab of it is dangerous. What else could a person use in place of the oatmeal? Ruthxxx 11-04-2003, 02:30 PM Jenny, how about crushing some bran cereal (Fiber One or Uncle Sam's) and using that in place of the oatmeal. I bet it would work. Or you could probably use plain raw bran. Is it all oats or just oatmeal? (You'd make a lousy horse. ) sorry 1busymomma 11-04-2003, 08:47 PM Ruth....tsk tsk...that was so bad!!! LOL :) The recipe sounds good though will have to try. Thanks for sharing. :) jenyne 11-05-2003, 06:12 PM thanks for the crepe recipie Jennifer, sounds delish!!! jenyne  wendyjo 03-30-2004, 05:28 PM What does it mean by "plain oats"? Regular oats already cooked or what? Jennifer 3FC 03-30-2004, 10:09 PM Just look for the tall can of Quaker Oats. Don't buy the Quick Oats, they'll have two different kinds. They are also called Rolled Oats in other brands. vBulletin® v3.6.7, Copyright ©2000-2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
