Greetings!

I was wondering if anyone knew if FF/SF hot chocolate would be allowed on the SBD (phrase 1).

Thanks!

Yes, I drink a mug of it every night. As long as it is 75 calories or less you can have it at your sweet treat. I also buy it in the packets so I don't overdue on the serving size. HTH

I treat myself in the morning by putting a spoonful of sf hot chocolate in my coffee - a whole pack is too much. It's a very low carb/cal treat and comforting on these cold early mornings.

Great idea! Now that the weather is getting cool, I'm going to take some hot chocolate mix to work to use in my decaf coffee!

Thanks!

I'm new to the diet so I hope this is ok, but I have been making homemade hot cocoa....like when I was a kid, it is delicious. I use Hershey's baking cocoa powder, 1% milk, splendid, and a dollop of fat free cool whip. Just heat it up in the microwave and add the cool whip. It is a nice nightly treat; curbs my cravings for chocolate.
