I have no choice but to eat fast food (between school and work, I'm lucky to get that) What are some good choices when visiting? I dont like salads, so thats out of the question. Thanks for all your all's help!!!

It's perfectly acceptable (and virtually carb free) to get a burger without the bun and ketsup - how do you spell that? - and eat that. My personal favorite - take some low carb bbq sauce with me and get a bacon double cheeseburger. I put some of that bbq on it and YUM!!!! :hun: I spend a good deal of time researching the nutritional values on fast food menus so I can order with confidence. Knowing what your getting instead of guessing it is key!
