Not too Atkins friendly I'm afraid.....was going to eat just turkey and veggies, but what was served was fairly high carb.
Turkey, ate a lot of it (0)
the veggies were PEAS & CORN!...took about a tablespoon of each (6?)
1 tablespoon of stuffing (3)
1 tablespoon of gravy (1.5)
my own sf chocolate mousse (7)
coffee w/milk (no cream!) (3)

Dinner - 8 oz roast beef 1 cup mixed greens salad with 2 tbsp of Ceaser Dressing

Pouring buckets out there - why did I even bother with my hair today? I look very droopy! lol..and was awakened at 4:30 am and could not fall back asleep! Tired Froufy:dizzy: :dizzy:

Yes...deli ham...from Costco...big pack w/1 carb per 100 grams.
