Hello Janet:
I am a new poster to the forum. I am 44 years and type 2 diabetes. I am very overweight and I am starting a diet plan. I take actos and glucatrol(plain). I am concerned about the the drop in blood sugar if and when I start the exercise. Any suggestions?
