Hi Everyone!
I think this Food Journal is badly needed by me at least. I really seem to do better when I post my food daily. Hope that others will join me too and we can support each other.

That is soooooo strange! This forum won't let the "w" in "weekly" print out .... nor did it add the "4797" part of the address. Oh well, I tried the link and it works anyway!

Well, here it is for today.
Breakfast - 2 Wasa lite crackers, 1 T. liverwurst, a small orange.
Lunch - Pea Soup, 1 fibre bread, tomatoes, 1 slice ff. cheese.
Dinner - 1/2 cup Rissotto, grilled turkey cutlet, Mushrooms, Asparagus, Snow Peas (a bit of each).
Dessert - fruit salad
Snacks - Orange Pop (not diet), Flax Plus cereal with a splash of milk and a sprinkle of sugar (about 1/2 tsp)
Point Range - 20 - 25 pts. Total points for today 24 pts.

2 fat-free tortillas [2 pts]
2 fat-free beef hot dogs [2 pts]

EVENING:
1/2 cup sloppy joes [4 pts]
2 fat-free tortillas [2 pts]
1 sugar-free ice cream sandwich [3 pts]
TOTAL POINTS FOR MEAL: 8
WATER: 9 glasses (72 oz)

I went to bed an woke up... k here goes
Breakfast: a very large (24oz) cup of tea with 2 sweet'n low
Lunch: 2 cups of pasta/meat/sauce with cheese and a diet coke
3 bottles of water
Dinner: none got home too late

Lunch: Italian wedding soup whole can! yummy! Diet Coke
I hade 2 Mr. Goodbar minitures.... I couldn't resist
Dinner: 2 slices meatloaf and 2 tablespoons of mashed potatoes
Total water: 48oz
