I bought the CD's......awesome!

If anyone is interested...I bought the CD's yesterday at Barnes & Noble and they are awesome!...It is Dr. Phil's voice and they do kinda make me "stand up to attention"...they were kinda pricey $ though...($32)...but I figured if they even remotely helped me stay on track better..it would be worth it!

Their is also a Bonus CD rom included that I have not reviewed yet..but it looks awesome too. It is labeled as the following contents: Weight Standards, Stress relief & relaxation scripts, Nutrional Assessment, Food Lists, Do and Don'ts, Target Heart Rates, and Exercise Programs.

I am excited about tommorrow!:)

The book is on CD? OMG, that is something I *have* to have! Thanks for the tip! I'm going to read the book, but having the CD's will be permanent and easy review as well as inspiration.

Hi - I also have the book and the cd's... I listen to the cd's while driving in my car.... I figure I am getting a double whammy!

Great to know it is on CD. While I normally don't care for books on tape/CD I think this one would definitely be a good one to listen to. Thanks for letting us know.
