Does anyone know the points for a McDonalds Chef Salad. Also, how do you get to the food lists on Dottis website?

Sharon - I do not know the points in a Chef Salad - but to get to Dottis points you just go to her website:

dottisweightlosszone.com

Scroll down and you will see on the left side a list of things - and click on Restaurants and you can find a bunch of them there.
