Monday Morning---
Managed to get up and onto the TM doing 30 minutes. Whew, it wasn't easy. I was so tired. I'm hoping to get my five straight days in again this week. It's TOM week, so let's hope it comes and goes with little stress and drama.

kIM, GOOD FOR YOU GETTING UP AND DOING THAT TM EVEN WITH TOM. Exercise is supposed to help.

45 min yoga
with increased difficulty level (only 1/4 motified) and was able to do almost all of it without modifying it myself. Yeah!

Tuesday Morning---
CONGRATS to JACKK & BASHFUL for being exercise queens!!! Good job you two.
This morning I did 32 minutes on the treadmill and then did one mile on the exercise bike. This bike is new to us and a hand-me-down. So I'm not sure the mileage thing works right. But I'll say it's a mile for now.

Today:
35 minutes on the tm (1.62 ml)
5 minutes warmup/cooldown
I really hope I can keep up all this exercise come september, when internship starts!

Monday,
25 minutes of wt training.
Tuesday.
Got up and walked 2 miles before work. SHould get in 3 more tonight and wt training.
Kim< WTG on that exercise bike. Maybe just clock your time.

Terribly MIA. I know. No body knows me anylonger.
I see the site has changed, looking good - one of these days when I don't work 11 hour days, i may be even able to catch up with everone.

Wednesday---
I almost forgot to post for today! Geeesh, where's my brain?
This morning: 32 minutes on treadmill plus 1.5 miles on exercise bike.
Congrats go out to PANCHO, BASHFUL, WOODFROGS, DAISEY, JACKK and TV!!! You guys are doing great!!! I am so happy that we are really trying to get our bodies moving to help us get to our goals. Don't you guys feel that our bodies are much happier when we keep faithful to our regimes?
Okay, keep moving! You won't be sorry.

Friday Morning----
Way to go WOOD, TEENSY and JACKK!!! Nicely done, girls!!!
This morning: 35 minutes on treadmill and 1 mile on the exercise bike. I feel great that I made it five straight days this week. Boy, this morning I was doing some bad brain talk, saying that I didn't really have time today to do my regular and that four days was enough. Thank goodness, you all are here for me and I know that you are waiting for me to post. Because that's what got me going. Much thanks, you all!!!

Actually got to the gym with the kids on Thursday:
5 minutes on eliptical (60 calories)
Lower body workout on circuit & weights
30 minutes on treadmill (160 calories)
Felt great!

Did a 40 min Pilates workout tape and walked 1 mile on the treadmill.
Yesterday walked all over the Oneida County(NY) fairgrounds for the Woodsman's Field Days.
