Cherry Pie?

Hello All-
Well where should I start? I do WW but my father does Atkins. His birthday:gift: is coming up and I want to make him something nice. His favorite desert in the whole world is Cherry Pie. So I was wondering if anybody had a low carb cherry pie or close to it recipie. I have already gotten so many recipies to try but if anybody has one PLEASE laet me know! Thanks:dizzy:

My best idea is to find some Lucky Leaf No Sugar Added Cherry Pie Filling, and put it in a low carb crust. Here is a recipe for a crust, but I haven't tried it:

LOW-CARB PIE CRUST

1-1/2 cups pecan meal, crushed up very finely
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
6 packets Splenda
2 tablespoons Sugar Twin brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients into a ball
Press ball into a glass pie pan
Take a fork & push up sides & around bottom
Take a spoon (or pizza rolling pin) & smooth it out
Bake for 10 minutes
Let cool & refrigerate
Fill with filling of your choice
