Normally I am a calorie counter. But I keep hearing SOUTH BEACH DIET. So my curiousity was peaked and I did some research and I get the idea.

My question is...how does this differ from Atkins? What makes it better??

I do not know the difference to much.. but go to www.prevention.com and it has alot about it and you can compare. also go to [url]www.diettalk.com on the south beach diet on message board. is neat alot of ideas. and receipes. i am just on it to. this is my 8th day..
