Brand new to this board, but not to this w.o.e. I adopted the SugarBusters! low glycemic way of eating on 2/4/01. To date: 178/165/150. I'm half way there!

OK...even though it's TOM for me, I've lost 3.5 pounds so far this week, which also means so far on this WOE!!
