Monday---
30 minutes on the TM this morning.
On Saturday after the reunion picnic, I walked with my cousin's wife around their neighborhood. We did a 4100 step walk and there were a considerable number of hills. She's in great shape and has done a half marathon. She told me I was in better shape that I thought to be able to do that walk with her and not be gasping for air. That made me feel good. THAT also made me get up this morning and get my butt moving.

Got a late start, lucky to even of gone out, hotter than hell out there:devil: :flame:
Took me 1 hour 4 1/2 minutes to do my 4.5 miles.

Sunday--I did Power 90 weights and about an hour of bike riding with the family
Monday--Half hour of Power 90 cardio. I actually yelled at the TV saying I hated the guy instructing. :drill: I really don't hate him--I love that he works me hard.:dancer:

I am soooo out of shape. :) I did walk 33 minutes on the tread mill this morning. Gonna try really hard to walk some during Fame tonight. I really need to get back on a regular routine.

I didn't get much in today, but did do some laps in the pool while I was babysitting, but didn't think to count them. Will count tomorrow.
I am buying a jogging stroller tomorrow. Yippeeee!!!

Monday-- 10 minutes stretches, 38 minutes upper body TBT, (increased tension from 15 to 20, this was hard today.)

Tuesday Morning
Hey congrats everybody! You all are doing great and kicking butt!!! I love that we are all doing something different, but still moving.
ZANNE---Keep yelling! Perhaps that guy will hear you!
Today I did 31 minutes on the TM.
I finished out yesterday with a walk in the evening with Paul and Maddie. That gave me over 11,000 steps for the day.

Well yesterday I also played tennis and mowed the lawn so no problems with exercise there.
Today I am heading to Curves at lunch time.
I am really trying to do something everyday to see if it really helps. It had better pay off in the end that is for sure

Power 90 weight circuit. Had to do it early cause the inlaws are coming for the day. At least it's out of the way and I didn't make excuses NOT to do it!

Despite the fact that I'm PMS-ing and did not want to, I forced myself to go to the gym.
2 miles TM
1 mile Stair machine
Deb you totally motivated me today. I kept thinking of you doing you doing 4+ miles in the baking heat. I figured I could do it in the air conditioned gym. I did an extra mile on the treadmill cause of you. :D

Not sure what today holds yet but Monday evening I did get that extra 30 minutes on the treadmill. And yesterday Britt and I got out to walk for about 30 minutes. It was great. I thought back to 2 years ago and the amount of distance we now cover in the same amount of time. God is so good. It was great to wave at neighbors and just be outside versus the treadmill. I doubt she will go often but she might go from time to time to make me happy. :D

Wednesday---
Did 32 Minutes on the TM this morning. Last night we walked Maddie too. I totalled over 12,000 steps yesterday. Total for today came in at just over 10,000.
Feeling ucky since this afternoon. I don't think I'll walk tomorrow.
I'm proud of us for getting to page 2 by Tuesday. Way to go!!!!!

Went to the gym @ 6 a.m this morning, and did the treadmill for 30 minutes and worked my lower body. I will go to my Yoga class tonite. I hope to get to the gym tomorrow to do the treadmill and upper body, but my 11-month old is going through a major separation anxiety phase right now. I do plan to go to the gym Saturday morning when hubby is home with the kids.

FRIDAY--weight circuit with Power 90. Gonna have to increase my weights ALREADY for the back exercises:strong:
Didn't workout yesterday, but I may try to fit in another workout later, time and circumstances permitting.

I Jazzercise 3X a week. When I was a good girl, I used to hit the gym at lunch also, but I rarely go do a 'lunch' to speak of anymore.

1/2 hour of Power 90 cardio and then ab work. I didn't get in a second workout yesterday, so I guess Thursday will be my "off" day. I did my measurements yesterday and in two weeks I've lost a total of 3 1/2 inches! I'm getting there!
