Monday Morning---

Well the alarm didn't go off this morning (I promise I had it set right!), so I woke up with not enough time to TM. So I popped in a Leslie Sansone 1-mile tape and did that. Wow, I hardly even broke a sweat!

Last night we also took Maddie for a walk around the neighborhood. Kept a pretty good pace (she's a race walker!) and we live in a pretty hilly area, so I'm feeling it this morning.

Have a great week!!!

Was finally able to get out today and do my 4.5 miles. Took me 57 minutes, it was tough and it is hotter than heck out there:flame: Got back right in time, 2 minutes after I walked in the door it started to pour!:rain:

Yoga class in about an hour!

BUMMER. I took my daughter to swim lessons and then took both kids to the gym. 20 minutes into my workout (on the treadmill), they came to get me because my 10-month old wouldn't stop crying. There were so many kids in there since it is summer and I think she was overwhelmed. I didn't get to do any weights and didn't get to finish my treadmill workout.

Oh well, twenty minutes of cardio is better than nothing at all, right? I plan to go to the gym on Wednesday morning when my husband is home with the girls (at 6:00 a.m.).

This is my first post here. I have decided to really up my exercise this month to see if it helps. I am also trying to stick to Sugar Busters.

Today I went to Curves and had a wonderful workout. I really try to push it while I am there. I joined a month challenge and hope to see some body fat and inches leave this body. Tonight Hubby and I have a tennis lesson.

Ta for now

Selah and I walked for 45 minutes this MA, about 3 miles, and pushing that darn stroller counts for something, right? I spent an hour in the garden, but just weeding, and I did 6 sets of crunches (40/set) Are we supposed to post our water here, too? I'm at 96 oz right now, an dplan to dting 32 more before bed.

I did my half hour of Power 90 circuit weights. I'm starting my 90 days over from today since I missed 5 days last week. DH is finally doing it too.

Tuesday A.M Report

Monday: Besides my a.m. TM, I walked at lunch with a co-worker and then after supper P and I took M for a walk. Three walks in one day. Has to be a personal best for me! yesterday was the second consecutive day at well over 10,000 steps. That's supposed to make a difference.

Today: 38 minutes on the TM. Whew! Was I sweaty!!!!! And stinky!!!!!

Nice going to all of you who are posting on this board. You are doing GREAT!!!! If it's hard to get that exercise in today, do it and then feel the power when you are finished. I don't just mean physical power, I mean MENTAL power. We are women hear us ROAR!!!!

Wednesday Morning

Sorry Girls . . . no exercise for me this morning. And I'm blaming it on hubby who got home very late from a meeting last night which meant I didn't get my regular beauty sleep. No way could I have gotten up and 5:30 today. If the rain holds off, I may walk at lunch and then again tonight. Will report back later.

O.K.....I am really tired about now.

My daughter was up at 3 a.m. and never went back to sleep, but I still managed to get to the gym by 6 a.m. I did the treadmill for 30 minutes, and then did weights (for my lower body). I am going to a Yoga class tomorrow evening and will get back to the gym on Saturday.

I'm tired, but feel good to already have my workout in for the day.

Have a great day.:)

Thursday Morning----

Reporting for yesterday that while I did no traditional exercise, I worked my butt off at work. We're losing a supply room and had to start moving stored items into our office. We built shelves, moved furniture, cleaned. By the end of the day I had over 8000 steps. I'm counting it!!!

Today---33 minutes on the TM.

Good luck you all. I'm so proud that we made it to page two on this thread!!!!! Keep moving!!!!!

Morning,

First entry here on this board....five of us did WATP's this morning.
we only do the 1mile part of the tape, but will build up eventually.
My BIG OLD ARSE was right in there...but my shoulder is hurting now from the swinging...OH WELL...I'll take a pill

We plan to do this three times a week to start...then build to 5

That's it for me...back to the water jug...
