Yesterday evening, I did a 1 mile walk in 30 minutes. Okay, it's neither blistering, nor fast, but I got off my backside and walked! :D

Did my 4.5 miles in 53:22:D Basically walked 1 minute/jogged 1 minute-for some reason, made it seem like it went by faster!

I walked 2 miles this AM and will most likely walk 3 more tonight with my man.

I'm on glass of water #5 and I'm feeling great. I'm to page 82 in the SB book and feeling much more confident that I can do this!!!

Yeah! I finaly get to post on here.

Didn't do what I wanted to, but walked about 1 1/2 miles (the dog wouldn't cooperate). Too exhausted to work out so did 100 crunches and 30 leg lifts.

Tuesday...

2 1/4 mile walk. 35 minutes of wt training.

It feels so good to be back in my exercise routine.

Also took the dog for a walk around the block later. Don't know if it counts, he stopped so many times to sniff and hike his leg.

Walked at lunchtime, approx. 45 minutes. Can't check mileage (no pedometer) but the pace wasn't blistering because I'm in my work clothes (and shoes, ouch! :o ).

I ran Wednesday and Saturday, about 40 minutes worth.
Lifted Wednesday
The Firm Step class with weights-Thursday

Been getting all my water in all week.

Eating is good, but not 100%. I am really limiting starchy carbs to 1 a day.
