Monday Morning---
40 Minutes on the TM today. Hey, MONET, I finally made it here. I wonder how long I can do tomorrow.
Keeping my fingers crossed that you all get to shaking your groove thing this week and get to post on here.

Did 32 minuites on the tread mill last night. My hubby walked 25 minutes for the first time..I am so excited he finally tried.

QUILTER, somehow I wouldn't mind that stench if it was pounds melting, but I just don't think you can convince me that's what it is:rolleyes:

30 minutes on the treadmill this morning. Almost forgot to post it! :o

Monday - Several games of badminton.
Tuesday - 2 hours Line Dancing in afternoon and about 6 games badminton in the evening. It was a good work-out this evening.

Wednesday Morning---
38 Minutes on the TM. CRYSTAL, tell hubby we said WTG on the walking. Keeping my fingers crossed that he gets hooked on it.

Wednesday--
10 minutes Stretches, 40 minutes lower body TBT.
Planted 4 rows of 35 hills each of potatoes at my Mom's.
Planted 3 rows of seeds at our garden.

Wednesday - 45 minutes of Tai Chi this morning.
This evening about five games of badminton.

Thursday Morning--
35 Minutes on the TM this morning. We got home late last night from the ball game and it was really hard to get up this morning. Thought my phone buddy was going to call, so I resisted the urge to stay in bed. Of course, she stood me up, but I was still glad I had gotten on and "done my time."

Got up, got out and got in my 4.5 miles in 52:38. Got in more jogging distance but speed was less than the other day.

Nope, I didn't get to sleep in late, quite the opposite:shrug:
Got in my 4.5 miles in 52:53:cp:
TOTAL FOR THE WEEK: 22.5 miles and 5 days of exercise- 2 of those days included yoga!

Thursday 2 games of five pin bowling this morning. Does this count as exercise?
Friday and Saturday - Several games of badminton both days.

1 1/2 hours lawn mowing.
Friday-- 10 minutes stretches, 40 minutes lower boyd TBT
2 hours weed wacking.........1 hour weed pulling and yard work.
