Good afternoon..well almost...:) Had a good walk yesterday 66 minutes. This mornings walk was good also 63 minutes. I hit a new time for the 3 mile mark so that was pretty cool. Right at 50 minutes.

TUESDAY MORNING---
Hello! I'm finally able to post on here. Only did 27 minutes on the TM this morning. Kind of short, but since I hadn't been TMing for over a week, that explains it. Feels good to feel good enough to move again.

Finally back in the groove.
Back to my weekly routine (I hope). 3 mile walk and 30 minutes of wt training.
Now to keep it up this week with all I have to do.

WOW, yesterday was so busy. I didn't have time to do anything! I was stuck at my desk all day and had to leave work early to drop my car off for service. I don't have a car for the next day or so....I hate that. I feel like a dog without her collar!
Well, last night I was good. I did not have any wine and I had a piece of chicken with a cucumber and tomato salad. I still didn't feel well so that was just enough. I feel much better this morning.
Today I have a salad with deli turkey and some cheese. I did bring bottled ranch dressing. I want to use it up. I am going to make my own from now on. I love homemade dressings better anyway.
I am going to have some meatballs on a WW bun tonight. At least that is the plan. God only knows what my husband will have. He will probably have spagetti. I will drool!
I can't make it to Curves much this week without my car so I plan on walking. It is lovely out today so I will hit the neighborhood tonight.
I want to work on my scrapbook too. I don't know how you all do it. I don't have kids but I feel like there is never enough time in the day! I would be a maniac if I added kids to the equation:lol:
Well, my plan today is to stay away from all illegal foods if possible. I had a question. Some of you talk about eating sourdough bread. Is this legal? Isn't it white?
I also went to Bread and Circus last night and found some cheese sticks. This is the nutritional data......130 calories (3 sticks), 6 grams fat, 0.5 fiber, total carbs 14g., protein 6. The ingredients say it is "unbleached wheat flour". Legal or not?
You know I love my snacks!
Hopefully today will be quiter than yesterday and I will have a chance to check in on all the posts.
Later.

Ok all of you are doing so good, but I guess I'll post my "activity" too. I have walked 1/2 mile every evening since the 12th. One night I walked 3/4 of a mile. It seems so little. Last year I was doing 3 miles a day. Oh, baby steps.

Sheanne....Be proud of all you do. 1/2...3/4 of a mile is awesome. When I first started walking my mail box was 1/2 mile from the house...trust me that last 1/2 home was soooo hard. You will get stronger.
Was able to get 58 on the treadmill this morning. I am so lazy I can hardly wait for Friday cause I'm gonna take two days off. :D

End of my walking week and I am sooo glad. :) 8 walks and 25.2 miles I am .2 past this weeks goal.
Today I had an excellent walk. 36 excellent minutes. I finished 2 miles under 33 minutes. My best treadmill time. 3.6 miles for the whole time plus a couple of short faster bursts.

Did not get on the treadmill, but I was shopping tonight with my son and daughter and a friend. The mall we were at is one mile around, in a big circle. My son and I left the girls to go to a electronic store, and went the wrong way, and ended up walking all the way around...and found it a store or two up from where we started! All in all, we circled the mall twice, which was two miles. (he and I are not the type to stop and shop...we kept moving)

Well, I missed the last two nights walking. I hate that but it was raining here. I know I should have walked anyway. Tonight I walked a mile in 14 minutes. I think I'm getting better. My back still ached though. After tomorrow, I'm going to settle down and do this without fail and see how many days I can walk in a row.
Have a great Easter
