Sunday-walked for 45 minutes
Monday- The Frim curciut training-OUCH for the next two days!!!!! this one was a killer!!!!!
tues and wends -blow out kids are home again! yuck :(
thurs, fri, and sat i plan to work out!

Thurs - 40 minutes on TM / 2 miles

So far this week ( which includes Sunday - wasn't sure if Sun counted here ) I have walked 160 minutes and 7.7 miles. That's alot for this here gal :dizzy:

Tuesday - Denise Austin Target Toner - 30 minutes

Wednesday - Badminton 45 minutes

Thursday - Swimming 30 minutes - didn't count laps to-day.

Friday - SS 2 Mile Walk Video - 30 minutes
