I have taken BP meds for several years but for over a year was off the meds and maintaining a 130/80 reading ... then stress happened and up went the blood preasure last fall 160/100 and was put on medication again - Prinivil
Last week the reading was 98/60 and the Dr was surprised at how low it was, but didn't seem concerned. I'm a little worried, is it to low ? Should I ask him to lower my meds?
Anyone have some thoughts to help me on this???? Thanks for the help!!
