WEDNESDAY:

Walked 5 miles

Did 2 reps of 10 with the AB-SLIDE

Did about 10 minutes of a new POWERBOXING video

Sun-50 min step tape with some weights
Mon-buns of steel-40 min
tues-shoveled 24 inches of snow for over an hour!!! LOL
Wends-Denise Austin step 40 min-toning and 20 push-ups
tomorrows plan is a good long step tape with no kids or hubby! LOL

Thursday-50 minute body sculpting. Not what i wanted to do but i was tired.
Fri-Did not want to work my body did anyway! 30 minutes buns of steel 2000 -then i wanted more!!!! silly me!
tomorrow a walk! i hope! night

SATURDAY:

Walked 2.5 miles with my darling daughter :)

Usually I take Saturday off.

Saturday 35 minute walk not long enough but it was VERY windy. I ran also. Then danced for about 2 hrs. SUnday is my day of rest! Monday probably a tape don't now yet its my most rested day of the week! lol

Walked two miles each and every day this week except for Wed night when I walked 4 miles. :)
