Yesterday:

:strong: Exercised - 60 minutes at the Y in the a.m. 2 hours of volleyball in the p.m.

:chef: Ate on program, but also indulged in a piece of pumpkin cake. :(

:) drank my water

:) started my journal! Yeah ha!

:D Cleaned the kitchen

Did amazing yesterady--not one single cheat! Had ham and asparagus for dinner last night, lunch was ham and cukes. Lots of water all day. Lots of running around yesterday doinghousework and errands so I think it definitely countsas my exercise. Got my bloods drawn yesterday and now waiting results.

:chef: Ate OP except for a slice of my son's birthday cake (which i planned on having)

:strong: Didn't get a chance to exercise, as my DS actually showed up early (rather than his usual "late")

:( Water was only about 50%.

:( No journaling yet, but that starts TODAY!!!!!

Yesterday:

Water? What's that? I drank too many diet sprites.

Food - Ate OP until I got home. Then I had a piece of Dirt Cake and some baked beans.

Exercise - nope, just computer games last night. Although I did do my goal of 2 sets of stairs at work.

Today will be better.

Welllllll......was not OP yesterday. In fact, way off last night with some maple syrup and angelfood cake! Can you believe it? I was a bit down aftter a so-so day but that's no excuse! Pure as the driven snow today.
