hya,
I have been on a low carb diet but on the advice of my doctor have just gone back to normal healthy eating and he has refered me to a eating disorder specialist.
I have a history of anorexia and then when i recovered from that i started binging...anyway i went on low carb due to PCOS and i started getting really obssesed i noticed that i was splipping and went to my doctor.
Anyway thats my story right now, nice to see other people in the same boat, i feel kinda issolated right now :(
