Well ladies, I also was a bad girl:devil: yesterday at work.I did something I rarely do. Our unit director came in for a short meeting with us and brought a huge basket of candy (dark chocolates, twisters, etc). The day had been SO BUSY AND STRESSFUL that I ate some of it. In the middle of the meeting one of my co-workers said "Oh my God, you're eating chocolate!!!". Everybody started laughing

Then i came home at 9PM and ate microwave popcorn (Healthy Choice) and the first Diet Coke I've had in a few months. I told my DH about the candy incident and he said "Have you gone off the wagon??". But I went to bed content and ready to start a new and much better week.

I was so good this weekend until last night. DStepS is having problems at school and I did the stress eating thing. It was the McDonalds fries and sandwich that got me. I ordered with the intent to eat only the beef and cheese and give DH the fries, but we started talking about Chris' school problems and next thing you know, I've eaten all the fries, and the sandwich on the bun. I have got to think before I eat.

I don't remember that far back..
Saturday:
B:protein shake- that was easy, the same every day
L:Boston Market Chicken Cesar Salad
SN: pork rinds & cream cheese.
D: another protein shake put in freezer glass and frozen like ice cream

Sunday:
B: protein drink
L: Jason's deli Tejas Wrap (grilled chicken, cheese, guacamole, & pico de gaha wrapped in a veggie wrap {like a tortilla but made with spinach})
D: barbaued ribs, sauted squash, both zuchinni & yellow, with onion & red bell peper.
SN: about 1/2 c sf pudding w/1T cool whip

Everything feel within the "legal" limits of my Plan. I write my own rules!

Saturday I didn't do any exercise, but Sunday I rode my st. bike about 15 minutes. I know, that wasn't long enough, but at least it limbered up my knee which was stiff from the day off Saturday.

Sue, at least if you get flogged, it will be a low carb flogging.

Sil, that wasn't TOO bad! You did well by stopping where you did!

Dyan, sorry things are troublesome. :( Let it all out here and maybe it will be easier to stay away from the food! I know stress eating myself. It sucks!

Barb, that spinach tortilla sounds so good! Do you have any idea how they make it?

PJ, I wouldn't worry about the two pounds. I bet you didn't eat that much cookie dough! The carbs probably made you retain water. ( can't remember the explanation, had to do with glycogen storage) I bet it will be gone again soon.

Todays menu:

B bacon and eggs, decaf coffee

L turkey and ham rollups

D pork chop, steamed carrots with lemon juice, green beans

S decaf coffee and SF vanilla pudding
