I am done eating for the day. I slept late and by the time I got moving around it was time for lunch. Normally there is more balanced eating!
B - Decaf coffee and cream
L - Ruby Tuesday's Salad Bar
D - 2 veggie burger patties with sour cream and carrots
S SF butterscotch pudding (too much!)
I need to get in some more water today. I have been doing bad at it lately and I think I am retaining water too.
Anybody have good pain relief suggestions for ovary pain?
